Initiative Tracker

Student Government's primary mechanisms of advocating for the student body is writing legislation and creating programming.

Writing legislation: When elected representatives in the Assembly see a problem or need on campus, they research and collaborate in order to write legislation that is voted on by all elected representatives from across campus; passed legislation signals that the student body wants this legislation in place, and it is up to the Executive Branch to help implement said-legislation.

Creating programming: Executive initiatives are those that are not officially written as legislation by the Assembly but are pursued by the Executive Alliance either in collaboration efforts or programming. These initiatives are organized into the SG Big 3, then by status, then alphabetically.
